Job Description : ServiceNow Developer (Predictive Intelligence & Generative AI)

Experience level : 1 to 4 years

Job location : Coimbatore / Hyderabad / Remote

Job Type : Period : We are looking for an immediate joiner / who can join us within 15 to 20 days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and algorithms to enhance predictive analytics capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI-driven solutions seamlessly.
  • Optimize machine learning models for scalability, performance, and accuracy in production environments.
  • Conduct research to innovate and improve predictive and generative AI capabilities within ServiceNow.
  • Create technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

Required Skills

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with predictive modeling, data analysis, and feature engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and generative AI models.
  • Previous work in predictive maintenance or anomaly detection.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to stakeholders.
