Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - PPM Timesheet Modules

Exp level - 3 years and above

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Timesheet modules.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the PPM Timesheet modules within the ServiceNow platform.
  • This includes troubleshooting and fixing bugs, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of the modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow PPM Timesheet modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs within the PPM Timesheet modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for enhancements and new features.
  • Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards and version control.
  • Perform testing and validation of new features and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on PPM and Timesheet modules.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - PPM certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.
  • Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD).
  • Experience with database management and SQL.
