Proven experience in understanding & capturing business requirements, streamlining complex business / IT processes, and help manage / deploy ServiceNow capabilities / features in an agile manner.
Excellent knowledge and experience developing in JavaScript.
Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies, architectures, standards & processes, and a good understanding of infrastructure engineering processes
Experience in Service-now for custom Application Design & Development.
Hands-on experience in technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow.
Profound knowledge at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards
Knowledge of ITIL V4 methodologies and processes implementation.
Quick learner that can adapt to fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Technical Expertise
Experience in Employee Centre, Employee Journey management, HR onboarding, HR case management, HR agent workspace, Performance Analytics for HRSD, HR Catalog item implementation and HR Knowledge management.
Experience in providing technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, and ensure software development best-practices are used to develop and fulfill requirements.
Knowledge in creating /maintaining API & data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
Experience in Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) technologies in conjunction with ServiceNow
Solid hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform which includes configuring Business Rules, Client Script, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Action, UI Pages, Script Include, Access Control Lists, complex workflows, and solution migration to higher environment.
Experience in HR Integrations such as Profit Centre from SAP, Scripted APIs , email , Workday , Success Factors or any Web based integration (SOAP,REST)
Experience with ITSM and CMDB module implementation is preferred.
Strong understanding of the relationship between HRSD and other ServiceNow modules
Certification
Candidates are required to have SN CSA certified.
