The Global Sales team connects Bose with people who share our belief that sound is the most powerful force on earth. Through collaboration with the local Distributor in India and internal strategic partners, Bose India team supports the Bose Global sales team deliver products to people who share in our passion for sound.


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and managing sell-through and sell-out activities for our distributor's e-commerce partners e.g. Amazon and Flipkart. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the distributor to drive revenue growth for ecommerce partners and the brand.com site and building strong relationships with the distributor & key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic annual plans to drive sell-through and sell-out for our distributor's e-commerce partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and the distributor and acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
  • Work with the distributor on forecasts and projections for sell-in, sell-thru and sell-out.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to key accounts, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support negotiations with the distributor and resellers to maximize profitability and ensure mutual success.
  • Support distributor and reseller in Annual promotion planning and execution to maximize returns.
  • Monitor inventory levels with the distributor and their key resellers and track Weeks of Inventory to identifying potential risks and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and reports to management, detailing distributor’s sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our approach to key account management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote our products and services.


Ideal candidate would be:

  • Postgraduate in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field. Digital / Ecommerce preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in key account management, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer electronics industry.
  • Mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
  • Critical thinker with an ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
