Support the strategy, transition and delivery of HR Applications Security activities. You will ensure data accuracy , execute analysis and be the liaison between the business customer and Information Technology (IT) function. You will partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and recommendations on process changes and will support critical projects, Oracle HCM upgrades, and reorganizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations with respect to analysis/ access provisioning in Oracle HCM, SNOW
• Knowledge on Oracle HCM Functionality, Security principles and setup
• Knowledge on building reports in Oracle around security audits
• Responsible to follow the due diligence in following the access provisioning protocols and be able to provide access in timely manner
• Part of projects coming up in the space of security which impacts employee data privacy across the organization
• Enhance HR reporting tools
• Data analysis, Escalate data issues
• Manage projects
• Be an SME for all the deliverables in HR Applications Security scope
• Manage the SOP’s, be the go-to candidate for Auditors, Audit all the systems in HRIT space from Data Privacy principles and any other controls laid down by Honeywell
  
  

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree.

1-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM.

Good Communication skills & ability to convey

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large teams
