Xotiv Technologies seeks a dynamic Business Analyst to bridge our IT capabilities with our business goals, ensuring the seamless execution of analytical, developmental, testing, and deployment tasks for our software product's features.
Responsibilities
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.
Extract insights from corporate leadership and middle management regarding current needs and future expansion plans.
Establish reporting and alerting criteria.
Collaborate with application directors and developers to ensure project alignment with specific requirements and successful outcomes.
Manage project tasks, ensuring timely completion.
Evaluate, test, and recommend opportunities for enhancing software, hardware, and IT processes.
Compile and disseminate reports on application development and deployment progress.
Implement A/B testing protocols to gather data effectively.
Analyze customer behavior data and derive actionable conclusions.
Advise the executive and IT teams on emerging technologies and industry implications.
Cultivate and manage partnerships to optimize integration efforts.
Contribute to the design, documentation, and upkeep of system processes.
Identify and propose solutions for technical issues, providing recommendations to the
product team.
Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
Continuously improve monitoring processes to enhance customer value :
Bachelor's Degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in a supervisory IT role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.
Previous experience in Business/Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
Proven ability to elicit requirements and conduct testing.
Proficiency in data analysis, visualization techniques, and related tools.
