Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales team members to augment our fast growing team with 2-4 years of proven expertise in selling Technology services to North American market.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales Plan Execution:**
  • Meet and exceed assigned weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Foster strong relationships with key prospects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think laterally and not depend on a single approach to connect with prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in digital sales and AI technologies.

### **Qualifications**

  • **Experience:**
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on North American market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • **Skills:**
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • **Education:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • **Technical Proficiency:**
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
