About the team
The smallcase Publisher platform enables manufacturers (licensed research firms and advisors) to productize their research as smallcases and scale their practice while the platform handles investor communication, reporting, fee collection & operational workflows. The platform also enables distributors to access these smallcases & offer these as transparent investment products to their client base.
About the role
We are looking for a Growth Manager to be the first point of contact for potential publishers, oversee the onboarding process and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with our partners
What you will do
Drive the onboarding process of the Publishers from the first conversation to going live
Manage and grow key accounts to increase their contribution to the business
Build and execute a personalized growth roadmap for key accounts
Build a Growth Playbook to drive subscriptions via the Managers own channel
Help accounts build a robust Digital marketing strategy and build their brand
Build top-of-the-funnel activities for each account. Execute ground events, Host webinars, etc
Contribute to product development by providing insights based on interactions with clients

Have 2-5 years of experience in Account Manager/ Growth Manager roles
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have a basic understanding of the stock markets as well as the capability to learn quickly on the job
Are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Cross-functional role encompassing account development, product development and marketing
Working closely with and learning about each component of the stock market ecosystem i.e. investors, advisors and brokers
