Responsibilities
- An experienced graphic designer with the ability to multitask and handle assignments on your own.
- The willingness to take ownership of projects and oversee their completion from conceptualization to execution.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the final product is market-ready.
- The ability to handle crises and resolve them with the available resources.
- Command over visual representation and the ability to interpret text into video.
- Understanding of pre and post-production processes and the ability to manage and problem-solve.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the organisation beyond just production.
What you will need:
Keen understanding of post-production processes including editing, sound mixing, color correction, etc
- Design sensibility to create GFX from written text/storyboards including animation
- Proficient in using softwares like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After-Effects
- Ability to design and create PPTs and PPT-based templates for offline and online content
- Ability to manage and log projects with data tools. (MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Ability to work efficiently within budgets and with limited resources.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
2-4 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
Portfolio of work
