Graphic Designer

The Opportunity

As a Graphic Designer, you ideate and deliver best-in-class creatives that intrinsically align with the Treebo brand and business objectives. You liaise with workflow coordinators and content teams to render creative concepts strategically and tactically into effective collaterals. Your primary work involves creating design solutions for impactful layouts and enhanced user experiences, across multiple streams. You have an astute understanding of design principles and sense of aesthetics. So, you comfortably work within the brand specifications, yet push the boundaries to deliver compelling and inspiring creative designs.

Key Responsibilities

➔ Conceptualize and design branding & marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, banners, on-screen presentations, animated presentations, social media posts, and various types of marketing collaterals.

➔ Adhere to Treebo brand guidelines, meet and exceed defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.

➔ Familiar with the latest design trends.

➔ Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.

➔ Increase user-friendliness in digital products.

➔ Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.

➔ Create attractive gifs and long/short-form marketing videos.

➔ Liaison with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.

➔ Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

Skills & Attributes

➔ Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After effects and Premier Pro).

➔ Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.

➔ Exceptional attention to visual details, knowledge of design principles and color psychology.

➔ Working knowledge of creating infographics and data visualization techniques.

➔ Flawless typography skills and keen sense of balance and intuition when it comes to layout.

➔ Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.

➔ Portfolio of completed design projects.

➔ Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.

➔ Self-starter with the ability to understand and translate verbal ideas into impactful, cohesive outputs.

➔ A user-centric mindset with creative, innovative, and analytical approach.

➔ A strong team player who is comfortable working collaboratively with others.

Qualifications & Position

➔ Bachelor’s degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or related discipline)

➔ 2+ years of experience
