Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products or services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to present compelling cross-sell proposals
  • Ensure clients are aware of the full suite of products and services available to them
  • Customer Assistance:
  • Provide excellent customer support, addressing client queries and issues promptly
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our offerings
  • Assist clients in optimizing their use of our products for maximum impact
  • Targets Achievement:
  • Work towards achieving renewal targets by proactively engaging with clients
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall business goals
  • Client Retention:
  • Develop strategies to enhance client loyalty and reduce churn
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to address concerns
  • Implement retention initiatives to ensure long-term client partnerships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a B2B context
  • Strong understanding of recruitment products and services offered
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
