Skill: BA + Shift Payment + Strong on Data Analyst (SQL/any ETL Data Mapping or Reporting)

Job Description

  • 9+ years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Management, Project Management, Software Designing & Development in BFSI Domain, majorly in Payments, Payments Gateway, SWIFT and Mutual Fund/Hedge Fund Trade life cycle.
  • Key skillsets include performing business analysis activities like Requirement Gathering and Elicitation of Requirements; Documenting Use Cases, Documenting As-is and To-be states, Creating and Managing the Product Backlog, Documenting BRD and FSD, Managing Product development life cycle, Creating User Stories, Coordinating UAT, Preparing Project Charter, Project Plan and Resource Planning /Budgeting/other relevant project management activities.
  • Good to have worked on ISO15022 (MT) and ISO20022 (MX) payment messages. Experience in MT103, 202, 202COV, 502, 509, 515, 54x, 900, 910, 940, 950 and few other MT messages are of great advantage but not mandatory.
  • End to end exposure in European/US or other international projects is a great advantage.
  • Worked on both Waterfall and Agile methodology of software development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A problem solver, risk management (project) demonstrator of high calibre.
  • Good interpersonal skills, especially comfortable in English language.
