About the Function and the role:


About Out Of Home Team:

The mission of Rebel Foods is to "Build a platform to bring the most delightful and highest quality brands across customer food missions in every neighborhood in the world". The Out of Home team extensively focuses on taking our most delightful brands to customers beyond the usual ordering framework, it approaches other corporates to become their preferred partner for Food Ordering!


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of 4-5 young, motivated Territory Account Managers.
  • Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, develops and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vision/values/business strategy
  • Strategizing and guiding the team in acquiring new B2B customers, converting them, and ensuring regular business from them.
  • Join the team members for key client meetings to support the deal process and help win the corporate accounts.
  • Supervise and motivate the Sales Team to obtain set objectives for account planning, customer prospecting and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep looking for different avenues of getting the business and win the customer’s mindshare for Rebel foods brand portfolio for food ordering in different types of eating occasions.
  • Act as an entrepreneur and drive the business with full ownership.


Candidate Requirements:

  • We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very dynamic and collaborative role. Following is the background we are looking for :-
  • Postgraduate with 3-4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Account
  • Management, Enterprise Channel Sales
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, extremely comfortable with managing the key decision-makers in the enterprise accounts.
  • Extremely confident, give an eye to detail and provide the timely resolution by engaging with the right stakeholders.
  • A fair amount of knowledge about the food and beverage industry.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize the different tasks assigned and ensure the weekly/monthly reviews with the team in order to achieve the business goals.
