It's always better to first communicate to client in written and request for joint meeting (where in all stakeholders will be present) on priority for deliberation on current situation and overall impact on Project. Parallely keep presentation ready with concern, plan A / Plan B, innovative / collaborative Approach for addressing the situation and accordingly fair & reasonable revised time-line. After presentation have brainstorming with all for any better idea / Approach/ solution and agreed upon. Then implementation on fast track / shifts / close monitoring!

Form the CFT team for taking up improvement Projects(Pain Area) on priority wise, facilitate / review on weekly basis, course correct the actions time to time, convert the outcome of Projects in absolute KPIs, monitor, share, motivate , reward - recognisition, resource Provision. And finally Implementation & I stitulize the system will ultimately achieve the desired results.!
