I got an opportunity to work under Tanay's leadership when he was the site leader in the Philippines and I was helping them set up the physical infrastructure. Working under his shadow, the first thing that strikes you is his ability to connect with team members across levels. New place, new people and he makes you feel really comfortable with the nuances. The ease with which he can brew confidence in us and inspire us to take up challenges leads you to believe nothing is impossible. He sets the bar really high and not just that, works with you to achieve it! He is very structured in his thought process, mostly coming from his analytical mindset and that makes complex problems look simple. It has been an excellent partnership and something that i really look forward to striking again in the future! Thank you Tanay for everything!
