Seek for help - this is very underrated. Seeking for help does NOT make you weak, it makes you more open to feedback and suggestions and a different way of thinking. 3. Take some dedicated time out and think quietly. 4. Write down all the important points so that you can rationalize them at a later point.

With most companies going into a hybrid work mode, I think the best option that I have seen in offices are utilizing movable furniture such as rolling chairs, stools, or bean bags that can be easily rearranged. Another option is to create different seating options, like standing desks, lounge areas, and traditional desks. Incorporating multipurpose furniture pieces like benches with storage or convertible desks that can transform into standing or sitting positions can also be helpful.

Implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives for staff retention can be challenging due to several factors: Firstly, ensuring buy-in and commitment from all levels of the organization is crucial, as resistance or lack of support from leaders can hinder progress.
