Project Horizon "Creating Role Based Organisation Structure"
Worked on project horizon to create role based organisation structure and move away from band centric organsiation.This was a global project covering 53 countries and I was chosen as one of the memebrs for program design and India focal for the research and demographic dimensions to the project.

Redefine the Performance Management System
After acquisitions of Godrej Hi care By ISS Facility Management the biggest organization challenge was standardization of performance management system. I spearheaded the project along with head HR to define the new system. The complexity of project was catering to needs and expectation from each SBU with different business need. It involved a stakeholder management and huge change management.
