    As a result of strategic acquisition the existing landscape, covering 91 Company codes were carved out by using SAP standard archival process. This deal which said to be largest in the Power sector included Generation, Transmission & Distribution involving two giant Indian companies.

    In additions there were many business scenarios where the standard SAP process were not able to give solutions, as a result, we had to develop/enhance many alternative customised ways to find out solution…

    Challenging part was to Archive the cross profit center transactions with in a single company code (which was not even supported in any of SAP standard archival/ SLT process) in the Live system with out any down time.
