Self-awareness is critical for successful careers. Since sales involve interacting with customers and relevant stakeholders, it’s essential to understand your own strengths and areas for improvement. CRM is a key factor in sales success because it helps to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, and improve sales performance and efficiency.

Sales forecasting can help you stay on track and predict your monthly outcomes. The key is to use the right tools to access and analyze the data and focus on the 4-5 questions that you want your data to answer.
