In April 2024, the passenger vehicle (PV) sales in India remained flat at 3,38,341 units. Out of 40 Cr Plus families and over 3 Cr business, only 0.03 Cr purchased PV. The SUV segment continued to dominate, comprising lion share of 54% of total PV sales with a 15 percent growth year-on-year. Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) retained its market share of 40.8 percent and rest too sustained same with no major changes. With job layoffs, poor agriculture growth, extreme weather, shortfall in weather, and lower revenue generation, government has to infuse bigger borrowed money to keep higher growth rates, eating into revenue more. Despite hype, data is not supporting growth to race to $ 10 Trillion economy forecast.

Mazagon Dock (MAZDOCK) is just took off to high with a market cap of ₹1,12,654 crore and a stock price of ₹5,585. However, its intrinsic value of ₹1,159.69 and DCF value of ₹1,274.48 suggest potential overvaluation. Cochin Shipyard (COCHINSHIP.NS) is flying to record high with a market cap of ₹70,504 crore and a stock price of ₹2,680. However, its intrinsic value of ₹1,300 and DCF value of ₹1,400 suggest potential overvaluation. This could indicate a potential bubble, as the current price might not be sustainable if the company's earnings don't meet these high expectations. With the help of the new #funds, the firm will be able to showcase its exclusive Fuel Flex technology by developing a Fuel Flex combustor prototype. This will mark a significant advancement in engine technology. The fuel-flex products from Nabhdrishti Aerospace will hasten the transition to #clean technology and new-era air mobility by burning sustainable fuels like green hydrogen. In a significant boost to India's Make-in-India initiative, French aviation major Dassault Aviation SA is acquiring land near Jewar International Airport to establish a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility for Mirage 2000 and Rafale fighters. The Emmanuel Macron government and Dassault have formally offered to manufacture Rafale fighters with locally sourced components in India. With existing base maintenance depots, repair facilities, and simulators in place, India's defense infrastructure is well-prepared to support this growth.
