Here's how you can juggle multiple projects with different deadlines as a motivational speaker.
The key to maintaining a structure and a routine is very important. I maintain a diary where all my meetings are scheduled in advance. This also includes adding time for self-care / workout and family time. Trusting and delegating the work is what gives me the freedom to focus on high-priority items. Delegation is not letting go but overseeing the work is being done and having an open-door policy for the team to reach out in case of any challenges.
