Here's how you can stay ahead in your career by embracing emerging trends in Brand Strategy.
Embrace a growth mindset and commit to continuous learning. Take online courses, attend industry conferences, and network with other brand professionals. I subscribe to several online publications and blogs focused on branding and marketing trends. This allows me to stay updated on the latest developments in the field.

Here's how you can stay ahead in your career by embracing emerging trends in Brand Strategy.
7. Experimentation (Embrace Calculated Risks): Don't be afraid to experiment and try new things. The most successful brands are often those that are willing to take calculated risks. Test new marketing channels, create innovative content formats, and be open to learning from your mistakes.

Become a thought leader in your field. Share your knowledge by writing articles, giving presentations, and participating in online discussions. Build your brand as a trusted resource for brand strategy insights.

Here's how you can stay ahead in your career by embracing emerging trends in Brand Strategy.
Leverage data analytics to gain insights into your audience, track campaign performance, and measure the impact of your brand strategy. Use A/B testing and other data-driven methods to optimize your messaging and tactics. In my previous role, we used social media analytics to identify which types of content resonated most with our audience. This data allowed us to tailor our content strategy to increase engagement.

Focus on building genuine relationships with your audience. Respond to comments and messages on social media, host interactive events, and create opportunities for customer feedback. Transparency and authenticity are key to building trust with your audience. Patagonia is a brand known for its authentic engagement with its customers. They actively participate in environmental conversations, host educational events, and encourage customer activism. This builds a strong sense of community around the brand.
-
You're facing resistance to change with innovative branding. How can you overcome internal barriers?
Be prepared to adapt your approach based on internal feedback and external market response. Gather data on the impact of the new branding and be open to making adjustments as needed. When Coca-Cola launched "New Coke," it faced significant consumer backlash. The company, to its credit, listened to the feedback and quickly brought back the original recipe. This willingness to adapt demonstrated their commitment to customer preferences.

Shubham Gune can't make you a good copywriter. Why?? Because he makes you a great copywriter. 1. You can learn to be an 'OK' copywriter on your own. 2. You can be a good copywriter by reading books and following other writers. 3. You can become a great copywriter only under guidance of a mentor who shows you what actual copywriting is. And Hinglish does exactly that for you. But don't believe words, see the results. And trust me, you won't be disappointed once you see them. PS - Join the July Batch and experience the magic first hand.

I think every freelancer should look forward to breaking the RULES. Doesn’t it feel good when many people (including experts) tell you a system doesn’t work but you try it and it ends up working for you? When this happens, you become a trailblazer. This has happened several times in my writing career. But it wouldn’t have happened if I didn’t do the most important thing. TRY. Start by following the advice of the experts, but don’t be afraid to tweak things and put yourself out there while doing so. The more you do this, the more you find your own methods that work for you. This is how you become a thought leader (Finally! I’ve cracked the true meaning of the word “thought leader” 😎 ) Are you a rule breaker? #freelancewriter #freelance #writingtips

I talked to many Freelance Writers in the past 2 weeks and this is the most common problem they all face. ↳Not getting clients This is a very common problem and I’ve faced this for a long time too. The best thing I did was not stopping outreach and putting myself out there on Linkedin, among other things. Today I’m telling you everything I know about getting clients as a Freelance Writer. Here’s what you can do: 1️⃣ Build your Portfolio. ➡️Many freelancers are trying to get clients without putting together a Portfolio. Bruh, you dont apply to a job without a resume, do you!? It’s the same here ➡️Write on platforms that give you visibility- Medium, Linkedin etc ➡️Write on your Blog if you want. ➡️Try doing some free work in exchange for testimonials 2️⃣ Do an Internship. ↳Writing is practical skill, you need to practice. An internship can help you understand: 👉How employers think 👉What clients want 👉 How teams function and much more. 3️⃣ Do a Job ↳ I might get heat for this from freelancers but financial security is very important. So, Get a job ➡️ Improve your skills ➡️ Save some money and keep trying while you’re in Job. ➡️ Connect with potential ICP, network like crazy and keep writing. ➡️ Having a job or internship that pays will give you the ability to invest in some books/courses/cohorts/consultations. This way you can learn more. 4️⃣ Linkedin. (You should I’d talk about this by now😉) Linkedin is where your employers and clients are!!! ↳Logically this is where you should be too. ➡️Get on Linkedin, Create content around your Niche. ➡️Reach out to ICP ➡️Get on networking calls with people. You learn a lot this way. ➡️Ask questions, many experts are quite helpful here. 5️⃣ Upwork, Fiverr etc You can also join these platforms to get clients. ➡️Just keep in mind that there will be lots of competition. 6️⃣ Writing Competitions ↳ Not many will tell you this Nothing screams you’re good at your work than an award. There are many good writing competitions that not only give you recognition but also pay. ➡️Enter writing competitions and if you win, you can use that when pitching etc. ↳ This is tried and tested. I Won “Most Read” “Top 25 Most Liked” Stories on Inspitale and used this when I pitched clients. I won this award in 2020, but got an 800$ US client using this recently. I included this in my “tell me about yourself”. ➡️ Please don’t enter competitions where you have to pay, they should pay you not the other way! That’s all folks! I hope this will help you…. Goodluck ❤ P.S. Did I miss anything? Feel free to add in the comments. P.P.S I’m offering a 50% discount on my “Freelance Writing and Leveraging Linkedin” Consultation. If you’re a freelance writer who needs guidance, this will be very useful for you. ↳ More than 15 people benefitted from this offer. #clientacquisition

One thing writers forget while writing blog posts is ...not linking to other related blog posts on their website. ~ After writing a blog post and doing the required editing, sourcing for visuals, external links etc, You might forget to link to other related blog posts on your website. ~ For example, If you are writing a blog post about 10 suitable bags for college students, -it's ideal for you to link to other blog posts where you talk about relevant topics related to bags. e.g Tips for maintaining and cleaning your college bag. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸 You might be wondering, "Sarah, why should I link to other blog posts on my blog?" So, check out the carousels below to find out the benefits of placing internal links in your blog posts.👇 PS: Please rate me between 1-10 on this carousels. How did I do? #lgs #SEO #Blogwriting #Linkedinposts

Just Saw My 10th "Made Millions as a Freelance Writer in 6 Months - Buy My Course!" Post Today (It's Not What You Think) Let me tell you, folks, the freelance writing world is a wild west. Six figures in half a year? More like six bags of chips to fuel your all-nighters while scrambling to meet deadlines. (Don't worry, the caffeine jitters will keep you warm in that drafty apartment.) As for those fancy beach pics with laptops? Honey, that's just a strategically placed towel on your bathtub floor. #BeachLifeGoals But hey, don't get discouraged! Freelance writing can be awesome. You get to be your own boss (most of the time - cough clients cough), wear pajamas all day (as long as you don't have video calls), and make a decent living (enough for that daily chai latte habit, at least). Here's the real tea (because coffee is too mainstream for us writers): Freelancing takes work: Building a client base takes time and hustle. Rejection is part of the game: Learn to develop a thicker skin than a thesaurus. The pay is rarely consistent: Some months are feast, others are ramen noodle famine. But the rewards? Those are real too. Flexibility: Set your own hours (as long as you meet those deadlines). Variety: Write about anything that piques your interest (except maybe those "get rich quick" schemes). Be your own boss: No more office politics, just you and your creativity. So, ditch the dream of a mansion and settle for a cozy writing nook. Freelancing is a wild ride, but it can be a rewarding one. Just remember to keep a healthy dose of humor (and a large iced coffee) on hand. What are your funniest freelance writing experiences? Share them in the comments! #FreelanceLife #TheStruggleIsReal

As a writer who loves exploring, I'm a big fan of puns and inside jokes. But when I transitioned into B2B SaaS and Technical Writing, everything changed. For a couple of months, I felt like a fraud with no originality. There was a particular brief to follow, things to say, and SEO techniques to consider. I was exhausted but knew I had to keep going. So, how did I balance SEO with creativity? If I'm being honest, I'm not quite there yet. But I've learned a few tricks along the way: 1. SEO is not an enemy; it's a content necessity. 2. What matters more, you or your audience?(It was an easy choice for me.) 3. Embrace the technicalities because success is not linear. Much as I would love to go on and on, I'll leave you with this: It does not have to be about choosing one above the other. Rather, it's about creating a synergy between both concepts without losing yourself. Sounds easy, right? Give it a try and let me know what you think... #SEO #Writing #ContentMarketing #B2B #SaaS

All my content writing peeps, how are you doing? Deep and accurate research being the back bone of content writing , how do you ensure that you produce high quality content? What are the tools that you enjoy using? Engage me… Research for me looks like; 1. Searching my content from different browsers using different keywords that arrive to the same information. 2. I go ahead and search different social media platforms for a personalized version of the content am creating. 3. I make use of Thesauraus, wikipedia and such other forums. 4. Read as many books from experts of the content field as time allows me. Eventually I collect all the findings and make sense of it. As a rule of thumb I write the simplest form of content possible that focuses on my clients needs.

I'm Ekra Elle and I refuse to work at PKR 2/word as a writer. I can't churn out 3000 words a day for a PKR 40,000/- salary. I don't use ChatGPT to complete my tasks. I don't copy and paste stuff. √ Here's what I do: → I research competitors → I research content gaps → I fact-check what I write → I quote industry experts → I think & plan every step → I quote stats and studies → I research SEO keywords → I optimize all the content → I delete fluff & repetition → I proofread & make edits → I format & arrange drafts I write with sincerity & passion. I write to pay my bills, and I work very hard! Yet, you think I'm someone who presses a button and magic happens. Creativity cannot be automated via a prompt. My words are heavier on paper than a million $ AI tool. √ Your marketing will fail without what I bring to the table. → What I write generates leads → What I write helps your audience → What I write attracts your audience → What I write helps you bring dollars home No, I don't deserve your sympathy. Pay me what I deserve. √ Offering me RS 2/word is an insult to my craft. But if you understand how much you need me, you'll pay me what I'm worth. → Fresh: At least or more than 4 PKR per word → Mid-level: At least or more than 6 PKR per word → Senior: At least or more than 10 PKR per word The same goes for the salary structures. These should be at least: → Entry-level writer: PKR 65,000 → Mid-level writer: PKR 75,000-80,000 → Senior-level writer: PKR 100,000-130,000 → Ebook writer (Junior): PKR 90,000-100,000 → Ebook writer (Senior): PKR 130,000-150,000 → Copywriter: PKR 100,000. Add per experience → Content Editor: PKR 150,000. Add per experience These numbers are still far less than what you earn by selling my words. Trust me, I know the math. √ I'm just making a reasonable and practical bargain. No, don't confuse me with those phony, pseudo, wanna-be AI writers. The rates I'm advocating are for writers who: → Research extensively → Write grammatically correct → Understand the guidelines → Create 100% original content → Create 100% organic content If I meet the criteria, you'll pay me what I deserve. I'll go the extra mile for you, do revisions, and make you happy. I'd expect you to reward me fairly—if not handsomely. √ If you find someone like me, quoting you less... Trust me, they're nothing like me. You can go ahead, assign them projects and regret later. I'll not compromise on the quality I deliver However, I'll also not compromise on my livelihood. I'm non-negotiable when it comes to that. Post Credits: Muhammad Sami Uddin #writer #campaign

Freelance writers, do you struggle with coming up with great headlines for your blog posts? You’d be surprised how many writers have this problem. Coming up with great headlines is a skill on its own that requires practice. My approach for coming up with great headlines entails any or a combination of the following: ➡ Summarizing what I’ve written in the blog post (this is essentially what a headline is, so you can’t ignore it) ➡ Highlighting the audience's pain points – can be useful for emphasizing the value of your post and differentiating it from other posts on Google’s SERP.) ➡ Including a particular trend or attractive feature in the headline – again a good differentiator and indicator of value That’s basically it. Here are examples of how I’d apply the above steps in my own headlines: ✅ Everything You Should Know About Implementing a Social Media Marketing strategy in 2024 – based on the first step ✅ A deep dive into social media media marketing: How companies can leverage social media marketing to drive engagement and build brand awareness – based on the second step about pain points ✅ Your guide to social media marketing (including Template) – based on the third step about including a trend or feature the audience would find valuable. Did you find these helpful? How do you come up with your headlines? #freelancewriter #copywriting #writingtips #contentwriting

Saying 'NO' to free samples‼️ Content writers are often evaluated by the quantity of content they can deliver. Meeting the KPIs are fine, but asking a content writer for a 1000 word sample in the name of evaluation is very wrong. While applying for jobs, as candidates, content writers are asked to submit a write up and sometimes it goes up to 2000+ words. Dear assignees, before you click the send button, please think over it and understand the efforts it takes to draft a piece of content, improvise it, and proofread it. Similarly, rarely do the recruiters revert to the content writers if the samples are rejected. If you're very particular about getting a sample, keep a word limit of 200 words, because in my opinion, if you want to evaluate a content writer, it would take not more than 10 mins to know the language, grammar, and niche knowledge. Most importantly, kindly consider getting a paid sample if you feel you can only evaluate the candidate by long form writing. #nofreesamples #valueforwords

Freelance writers' nightmares: I'm curious if other writers go through the same loop of nonsense as I do. Client: Please write a blog about XYZ topic. Me: Provides a well-written and thought-out blog. Client: I ran sections of your blog through ChatGPT. I like this better; please incorporate it. Me: Follows client's suggestion despite rolling my eyes. Client: Thanks for making those changes, but now I see that 50% of the blog is plagiarized. Please fix. Me: Rolls eyes so hard I see my brain! #contentwriter #freelance #Ai #chatgpt

I turned down a $200 client happily Who wanted me to do lots of work for little pay. He wants me to handle 💟 Writing 💟 SEO 💟 Graphic Designing 💟 WordPress Publishing And only paying for writing I said to him that I would only handle writing. But he said "No, you will handle each and everything." I said OK then increase the budget. He said no I can't its new website etc etc. I happily apologized. Reason behind ✅ I can't devalue myself. ✅ I can't work 8 hours daily for single client. ✅ I can't destroy my mental and physical health. I have 4 years experience and strong portfolio, but if you are a beginner and have no portfolio still, I suggest don't go for jobs like this. They will take your full benefit and pay you peanuts. Result= Freelancing become hectic and you will quit it soon. Keep getting better at what you do. The more you learn, the more you can ask for. Don't sell yourself short. Stand up for what you're worth! ❣ POV: Are you valuing your skills and time enough to set boundaries and demand fair pay in freelancing? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi, I'm Hira Nisar, an SEO Content Writer from last 4 years. DM for inquiries!
