Here's how you can delegate tasks and responsibilities to your team members in content creation.
Some things worth considering while delegating content creation tasks: - Focus on individuals’ strengths. While some are great at writing, others are a natural at planning - Brainstorming should be everyone’s prerogative, and not just of the ones at the top. Great ideas flow from all places - Trust the individual assigned to complete the task, however, do keep accountability in play with clear directives around expected timelines and results - Oftentimes, ‘content block’ may happen. And that’s where offer help to those in need, and remain true to the original plans - if timelines are not sacrosanct, remain open to quirky, offbeat ideas that may require more-than-usual effort. It could be totally worth it!

How do you foster a strong employer brand community and network among your employees and alumni?
In my opinion: - work towards building org pride among your employees. Greater the pride, greater the stake in org's successes (ownership), and ultimately, a stronger employer brand - authenticity in your internal/external comms. Employees sense BS when they see it, so ensure that your employer brand reflects that consistently - aim to provide an ideal Exit process to those moving on. Because while the ride may/may not have been great, but the way you leave things sets the tone to them becoming Alumni that respect you - recognize your Ambassadors/Advocates' efforts towards your employer brand

What are some of the challenges and risks of employee recognition programs?
Employee recognition programs, at the very base of them, should: - not be run just for the sake of it. It doesn't work in the best interest of the company - not only be about monetary benefits. In fact, if companies can build holistic approaches with monetary + non-monetary recognition frameworks, they can thrive longer - not set a wrong precedent that recognition EQUALS happiness. Because when the same isn't met, employees easily fall off the wagon - be centered around the behaviors you really wish for employees to exhibit - essentially your company values - be fair & inclusive. A program that doesn't consider meritocracy towards all groups equally can distort the equation for those left out

What do you do if you're a social media intern facing challenges and need to overcome them?
As a Social Media intern who may or may not have enough to work with, here are some helpful tips that have done wonders for myself as well: 1. Research before you reach out - often times, a bit of effort on our part can go a long way in solving things. Research well online, read relevant publications and maybe, that opens the block for you! 2. Restart at a fresh time/moment - this also helps. Sometimes, you get stuck in your own loops. 3. Be ‘trend’ated - those long scrolls on your socials can often help you keep updated with the latest trends in the world of social media. 4. And if nothing works, then remember: “when in doubt, reach out”… feel free to seek guidance from experienced folks around you or in your network.

Dynamic Website for Distance Education Programme

Created a website with multi-functional attributes. It was essentially a website that enabled distance education program for students all across the country. Also, the website had feature for online test conduction which was available 24/7, giving students the ease to access and attend tests as and when they wanted. Convenience and learning go hand in hand- that was the prime motto!
