Society of Cyberabad Security Council’s (SCSC) Margadarshak program is a step towards making Cyberabad safe and secure for women professionals. It is a collaborative effort by the Police department and the industry to spread awareness on women safety and extend support for women in distress. As a Margadarshak, I have been trained by SCSC and Police for providing guidance to women employees on seeking police and legal help. Participation in this Program is completely voluntary.

GNI runs two reputed educational institutions - Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC) and Guru Nanak Institute of Technology (GNIT), both of which are approved by AICTE and UGC. In this volunteering role, I advise GNI on various pertaining to academics and research.

St. Mary's College, Yousufguda, is affiliated to Osmania University and has been re-accredited for a third time by NAAC in 2019. The IQAC was set up as a quality sustenance and enhancement measure on December 10, 2007. The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious and consistent improvement in the overall performance of the College. Its work is towards internalization and institutionalization of quality enhancement initiatives.

IIM Tiruchirappalli launched its first domain specific program in HR called Post-Graduate Program in Management-Human Resources (PGPM-HR) in 2020. I am a mentor for that program/students as part of their Continuous Mentoring Program.

An Executive Fellow is a non-tenure honorary position reserved for senior level practitioners who want to contribute to academics, as and when the opportunities arise. In this role, I help in bringing the best practices, connecting students and faculty with industry leaders to connect the dots between academic theory and industry practices.

As an industry representative, I will be responsible for framing the content of each course, reviewing and updating the content, introducing new courses, and so on.

In this role, I provide advise to VVISM to keep their programs contemporary and relevant. I review and suggest changes to the curriculum and help them in identifying new age certifications courses for the management students. As a member I also mentor the management students and guide them towards career success.

In this role, I provide inputs and guidance to SGBS in mentorship, academic, research, and consulting domains to promote collaboration between academia and industry and overall creating an ecosystem to prepare students with an apt attitude, skills and knowledge and to make them corporate industry ready.

My role is to engage in collaborative discussions, allowing ASCI to refine our curriculum, introduce innovative methodologies, and maintain the highest standards of educational quality.

As a Professor of Practice, I assist LPU in bridging the gap between academia and industry by bringing real-world perspectives into our classrooms and research initiatives. Through my practical knowledge and hands-on experience, I help enrich the students' learning experiences and contribute to the advancement of our academic programs. My role involves engagements like Teaching, Students Mentorship, Inputs on Curriculum, Industry engagement activities & Research collaboration.
