  • To reduce the Lead Time in the Marketing Process of Bennett University

    This Project was a part of our Six Sigma project. In this project marketing process was mapped using tool like Visio and then further control charts were prepared. Then value mapping was done for the different steps and HEAT MAP was created. Then using the principles of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma some of the steps were removed and some were automated. Hence reducing a lead time by significant no. of days.
