Since joining Zivame in June 2019 as a Store Manager at L&T Mall, Punjagutta, Sri Nikhita KEDARI has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision, adding an impressive average of 9 stores per year to her repertoire. Nikhita made an immediate impact, earning the prestigious Best Store Turnaround Award in her first year. Her dedication and outstanding performance propelled her to the role of Cluster Manager in April 2021. That year, she not only won the Best Cluster Manager Award but also excelled in the ACCELERATE Program, receiving top honours. Through unwavering commitment and relentless hard work, Nikhita was promoted to Regional Sales Manager. In this role, she oversees retail operations across four states, managing 45 exclusive Zivame outlets. It’s all fun and games until…No, at the Zivame Annual Retail Awards it was all fun and games! The day was spent with an award ceremony brimming with joy, games, banter, and more. Store teams were awarded for their exceptional accomplishments in leadership, store performance, managerial performance, and quick store turnaround.  Here’s to all the winners, and the comfort and camaraderie the teams share that helps us turn milestones in our Retail vertical.
