Even when only the customer facing service appears to get the credit, the best teams know the magic also happens at every line chef, sales representative and crucial warehouse checkpoint.  Extreme Ownership⚡Taking responsibility to another level, a US Navy Seal's extreme courage and humility in taking full ownership in a wartime crisis was a powerful pointer to qualities in business leaders who inspire teams to consistently excel.
