As a new dad to a beautiful daughter, Sushmeet loves spending his time with her. Being a father has changed his life, and he feels more dedicated than ever to working towards her future. He manages work and fatherhood with ease and finds moments during his work hours to spend some precious time with his daughter. Sushmeet is also a passionate bird & wildlife photographer who started his journey after clicking some excellent shots on a trip to Bharatpur. His mother encouraged him to continue his photography, and he is now recognized as one of the Top 50 Photographers in India and Top 100 in the World by #35Awards. Sushmeet's philosophy is "Dudeism," meaning "going with the flow," and “being cool-headed," in the face of life's challenges. In fact, he has a tattoo that has the logo of Dudeism and a pet beagle, named “Dude” Sushmeet’s advice to the younger workforce: “Be true to your work. Always try to learn every step of the way. Never let yourself feel that you know enough. Pick a direction and pursue it.
