Last week, I had the pleasure of meeting the Chairman of IndianOil, Shri Shrikant M Vaidya, and members of the senior leadership at their headquarters in Delhi. We discussed the recently announced joint venture between SUN Mobility and Indian Oil Corp Limited, and what it means for the exciting future of clean mobility in India and the world. This partnership brings together SUN Mobility's innovative state-of-the-art battery swapping technology and IndianOil's decades of experience and industry expertise with the nation's energy ecosystems. Together, we form a powerful collaboration that will be instrumental in contributing to the ubiquitous adoption of electric mobility in India. IndianOil's investment of US$78.3 Million in SUN Mobility, and commitment of US$215 Million in our 50:50 Joint Venture will further cement the nation's belief in the future of clean, sustainable, and affordable mobility for all, while also setting us firmly on the path to net-zero carbon emissions as a nation. Our discussions on how we can scale the business and leverage our partnership instilled a strong sense of optimism for the future.
