He was travelling for his first business trip for their company's national meet up! This moment at the airport was more than just a sudden encounter; it was a reminder. It all started 33 days ago when I received a call for an internship interview from Student Tribe (formerly stuMagz). Today, I complete one month at Blackbucks Group🦌 as a Social Media Management Intern. Despite the title of my role, I was given the freedom to explore and contribute in various ways across the company. My responsibilities included Social Media Management, Design, Editing, External Relations, Research, and more. I was fortunate to be in the office during Blackbucks’ “Decoding Recruiters Expectations” event, which aimed to decode the evolving expectations of recruiters. This allowed me to meet distinguished individuals from the HR industry and respected academia nationwide. Working under the warm guidance of Anuradha Thota Ma’am and Rajkumar Bonagiri Sir has been an absolute pleasure. They were patient with my mistakes and continually guided me to improve each day. This is my first corporate and professional role, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
