Sales and marketing always blame each other. You know the usual: “These are junk leads” and “no, we generated warm leads” feud. But everyone ignores the real culprit: the lack of a fully integrated CRM. Without this,  👉 you lose out on good leads and 👉 waste the SDRs’ time on the unqualified ones. To understand where you are going wrong,  zoom out and debug your current process. Here's a breakdown of the typical workflow: 👉 The marketing team places lead capture forms on your website. 👉 The sales team manually tracks and evaluates these leads. 👉 The process of researching leads' LinkedIn profiles, company details, and revenue takes weeks. When the Sales team finally reaches out to the leads, they find out that a competitor has already closed them. ⁉️ Can you guess where the problem lies? 👉 Your lead capture forms may not integrate effectively with your CRM system. 👉 Many leads may abandon the form-filling process halfway. 👉 The time to first contact for leads is unreasonably long. ⁉️ What happens when a funnel breaks like this? 👉 You miss good leads 👉 Your CAC increases steeply 👉 You waste expensive resources 👉 Leads either lose interest or go to competitors. 👉 You miss out on potential revenue 🏗️ How can you repair the funnel to attract and nurture high-quality leads? 👉 Create a lead capture form with fewer than five questions to minimize drop-offs. 👉 Use a qualifying question, e.g., "What is your marketing budget?" 👉 Allow leads to choose a convenient time slot for follow-up. 👉 Route the leads to the sales rep based on region or expertise, i.e., personalize your lead-to-sales mapping process.  📈 And once you get the lead, use these best practices to make your demo call a success: 👉 Allow leads to explore the product before the call. 👉They’ll have questions that you can answer in the call. 👉 You’re not starting from 1 but 5 instead. 👉 Send an automated demo before the call. 👉 On the demo call, ask them about their pain points and tailor your pitch accordingly. Even with an integrated CRM, the war between sales and marketing is never-ending. While sales and marketing fight, good quality leads get kicked out. At Spear Growth, we’ve been using TrackApp to solve this problem. Check out the full session with Sudhama Bhatia of thetrackapp in the comments. #b2b #SaaS  #marketing #agency

Do most teams resist change? 🤔 Or do they harness it? We had Servo, B2B SaaS's own #viratkohli 🏏 in team building, take us through "Handling Resistance to Executional Rigour". Key takeaways: 1. Resistance? It's natural. As #robinsharma says "Change is hard at first, messy in the middle, and gorgeous at the end." 2. Leading with context is gold: - Define 'X' - The "why" behind 'X' - The organisational gain from 'X' - And crucially, how 'X' elevates each individual. Sometimes, even this fails. What do you do then? Here's how... P.S. There is something that we follow at Spear Growth, here's Ishaan spilling the beans on some of our secrets. #saas #b2b #teambuilding

Infosys attributes its forward momentum to one mantra: Executional Rigour In a 2018, article to Business Standard they stress on this very fact (https://bit.ly/3L92adX) But what is it? How can teams, ICs, and managers in B2B #SaaS put it in practice? In today's business world, the edge often lies in executional rigour—a culture that: 1. Empowers teams to consistently deliver exceptional results. 2. To turn plans into actions  3. And actions into achievements through discipline and precision. The benefits are beyond achieving goals and objectives. Join Servo and Ishaan as they try to put some perspective into this fundamental yet vital subject. Servo is a leader in the B2B SaaS space and has helped scale unicorns like HighRadius and other #fintechs He’s currently leading #strategy and #operations at Hevo Data as they set to be the next big thing in Indian SaaS #b2b #b2bmarketing

    Ads & SEO for B2B SaaS | Founder @ Spear Growth 🚀 | Performance Marketing, ABM & SEO Enablement | Let's talk Growth 💬

This happened back when I was an intern- We were going through sales training. For one of the sessions, Servo walked in & introduced himself. 2 things happened immediately: 1. He had everyone's attention 2. We already knew we'd learn a lot from him Just because of his presence and voice. Later, I joined the #marketing dept. He was a leader in the sales dept. I'd hear stories about what working with him was like. Since then, he's built a lot of functions and teams. #sales, Partnerships, Operations, Strategy And he's been building teams since way before we met. Luckily, on Wednesday, we get to know how. What would you like me to ask him?

Let’s be candid. Everyone in B2B SaaS raves about LinkedIn's potential as a community builder. But when the chips are down, how many can confidently say they've cracked its code to elicit warm, positive responses from prospects? 🤔 It's tempting to jump into the LinkedIn outbound bandwagon with a minimalistic stack, doing most tasks manually. But where most falter is in delivering that personal touch. Because, in the vast sea of LinkedIn messaging, it’s not about how loudly you can shout, but about speaking the right words to the right ears. Sounds challenging? Don't fret. Join Ishaan and Vineeth as they dissect the dynamics of LinkedIn outbound for both marketing and sales teams. Together, they'll unearth the nuances of curating standout messages that resonate, ensuring that the outreach isn't just another notification, but a call to meaningful interaction. Vineeth, founder of LeadLabs App, has his fingers on the pulse of B2B dynamics, assisting top-tier companies in maximizing their LinkedIn potential. Make LinkedIn work for you, not the other way around. #b2bmarketing #saas
