We are pleased to share the insights from the keynote address of Mr. Ajay Kumar Choudhary, our Non-Executive Chairman and Independent Director, at the India International Fintech Festival, organised by ASSOCHAM on July 18th in New Delhi. Mr. Choudhary spoke about the transformative potential of India’s fintech sector and its critical role in realizing the government’s vision of a USD 5 trillion economy through responsible innovations and sustainable development. He emphasized how the growth of Indian fintech ecosystem will be driven by favorable policies, digital payment infrastructures (DPIs), and technological innovation. Additionally, he highlighted the need to balance innovation and risk, prioritize customer-centricity and governance, recognize the crucial role of self-regulatory organizations (SROs), and encourage necessary IT investments by banks and fintech companies.
