Our program goes beyond prenatal yoga and stress management, addressing the complex emotions of pregnancy. We prioritize mental and emotional wellness with prenatal yoga, naturopathic guidance, and more. We hear you 🤰 Pregnancy isn’t always joyful; many women experience anxiety, worry, depression, and body dysmorphia. Our therapeutic support offers a safe space to process these feelings, learn coping skills, and connect with others. In our Emotional Wellness Group Class, we cover: - Managing pregnancy ups and downs - Coping with unexpected feelings - Handling anxiety and depression - Navigating relationships - Preparing for life with a baby This program supports expecting moms and birthing people needing emotional support. Tia Steyn Consulting, based in Vernon, British Columbia, is dedicated to helping clients manage persistent pain, anxiety, depression, and attention deficit, enabling them to function optimally in work and other activities.
