This innovative method allows for compact components with higher stiffness, lower weight, and high cost efficiency. Additionally, depending on the material used, it offers a 27% to 85% lower GWP and supports closed-loop recycling. ⭐ No post-treatment in rubber processing: With this application we demonstrate an efficient example of solid rubber processing. In cooperation with EFI Formenbau GmbH & Co. What an amazing day! 😊 Yesterday's ENGEL Digital Day at our large machine factory in St. Valentin was a great success! We are very enthusiastic about the fantastic feedback. 🌞 After inspiring use case presentations by Dariusz Barton, Ioannis Voultzatis, Piercarlo Balducci and educational workshops, the day came to a phenomenal end at the Ars Electronica Linz. This morning we kicked off the ENGEL DigitalDays with the iQ user community! 🤗 Today's German edition featured inspiring user reports from Nolato's David Gamboni and Procter & Gamble's Christoph Fankhauser. Thanks for the great contributions! 👏   In the afternoon it was time to move from theory to practice with an interactive station run. The programme included deep dives into the iQ process observer, the CC300 plus and process optimisation. 👌 A highlight was the iQ brainstorming workshop, in which the participants worked with ENGEL development engineers to identify the must-haves for future iQ products. 💡   At the moment, we are running an open workshop in our technical centre, so there is still time for all visitors to network, exchange ideas, try out machines and talk to the experts.
