    Job Title: IT Administrator Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Experience: 2+ years Immediate Joining Job Description: As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. This role involves a diverse range of tasks including license management for Autodesk and other software products, administration of user accounts and Office 365 management, server management, biometric systems, and more. Key Responsibilities: License Management: 1)Manage licenses for Autodesk and other software products. 2)Ensure compliance with licensing agreements and optimize license usage. User Account Administration: 1)Create, modify, and remove user accounts as per company policies. 2) Manage user access permissions and security settings. Office 365 Management: 1) Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams. 2) Troubleshoot issues related to Office 365 applications and services. Server Management: 1) Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers. 2) Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and security patches. Biometric Systems: 1) Manage and maintain biometric authentication systems. 2) Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to biometric systems. Network Administration: 1) Configure and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls. 2) Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure network security. IT Support: 1) Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly. 2) Respond to IT helpdesk tickets and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact. Documentation and Reporting: 1)Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. 2) Generate reports on IT infrastructure performance, usage trends, and compliance. Requirements: 1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2) Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently. 3) Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4) Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+) are a plus. We are seeking seasoned 1 nos. of Landscape Engineer and 1 nos. of Irrigation Engineer with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in the Middle Industry, backed by a strong foundation in Building Information Modelling (BIM). Location: Middle East (Possibility of Work from Home) Experience: 3-5 years in the Middle East Industry Background Knowledge: Proficiency in BIM and Middle East Local Industry Expertise Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape and Irrigation engineering, with a proven track record of successful project management. 3. Proficiency in BIM tools and processes. 4. Strong understanding of local industry regulations, codes, and standards. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. 8. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
