Craig is helping us to get our R&D programmes up and running to enable us to be at the forefront of innovation.    “As Head of R&D programme management, I engage with stakeholders across the business to coordinate the delivery of projects across a range disciplines and technology readiness levels, from fundamental research to cells approaching production.   “Agratas is collaborating with technical partners to industrialise best-in-class high energy NMC and long-lasting LFP battery cells. Last week, Senior Scientist, Cell Integration Dr Nessa Fereshteh Saniee represented #Agratas as she chaired a session on the challenges and advancements in thermal management for electric vehicles at the TAG Battery Cells & Systems Expo last week.   The diverse panel covered the spectrum of battery thermal management systems, including different cooling methods, designs, and spacer materials.   Special thanks go to Kevin Porter of Tecman Advanced Material Engineers, Dr. Chris Smith of McLaren Group, and mohammad moghimi, Associate Professor at Staffordshire University, for their invaluable contributions. As Mental Health Awareness Week comes to a close, some of the Agratas team, Tom Sherifi, Clara Malara and Rachel Lester CIPD, wanted to share how they stay aware of their mental health and any tips they use to help manage it. We encourage open conversations at Agratas around mental health, and it’s great to hear practical advice, from implementing Mental Health First Aiders, a treadmill desk in the office to mindfulness techniques.
