We are looking for a highly talented Group Leader to manage our team of full-stack developers DevOps and QA engineers. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading the development of our flagship cybersecurity product and focus on management and technical challenges like product scale, cloud migration and product maturity .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 2 squads (~ 10) of our team of full-stack developers DevOps and QA engineers. Mentor and grow team members professionally and personally.
Provide technical leadership, including planning, design, architecture, and best practices.
Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Work closely with the product, CSM delivery and research teams to align development with product goals.
Requierments:
At least 2 years of experience in leading multiple software development teams in group manager or director roles.
Experience in leading multi disciplinary teams (FullStack developers, DevOps, QA)
Experience with containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to work in a flexible, agile, environment on a variety of subjects and technologies
Experience in developing products throughout their full life cycle.
