We are looking for a Personal Assistant & Office Manager to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all administrative activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Mentor colleagues and enable their personal development so as to maintain a highly motivated and engaged team that delivers with high standards.
  • Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and perform tasks in order to resolve incidents as soon as possible.
  • Be responsible for the team’s coordination, including streamlining processes and synchronization, while maintaining a pleasant work environment.
  • Ensure the office work environment is kept at a high standard.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of proven experience in managing a team of Personal Assistants/Office Managers.
  • 2+ years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including multitasking.
  • Strong proactive approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
