As a Lusha employee, you’ll empower B2B sales professionals globally to unlock lucrative revenue opportunities and drive sustainable growth. As the Community Team Lead, you will create strategies to increase customer adoption and advocacy. You’ll build and maintain our online community, foster engagement, and produce meaningful content.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales:

  • Develop and execute strategies for community engagement and growth.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment, spotlighting customer success.
  • Organize and host community events (webinars, live chats, Q&A sessions).
  • Identify and manage community leaders and ambassadors.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions across social media and other online spaces.
  • Lead and manage a team of social media and partnerships managers.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media, newsletters, and community platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and growth teams to develop content calendars and campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s voice and brand guidelines.
  • Act as the liaison between the community and the company, addressing concerns and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve issues raised by the community.
  • Build referral programs and integrate advocacy tactics to boost word-of-mouth.
  • Work with influencers to increase brand awareness and generate user-generated content (UGC).

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, community management, or similar roles.
  • Experience in the GTM (Go-to-Market) industry is a must.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Excellent presentation skills and comfort speaking in front of large audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
  • Experience with content creation and curation.
  • Passion for building and nurturing online communities. Proven ability to develop and iterate on strategies for community acquisition and engagement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to interact positively and authentically, making the community feel welcome and valued.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
