Ever imagined that an Architect and a Structure engineer can seat together and in no-time reduce 1000 Cubic Meters of concrete from a high-rise residential design? Well, now you can! 🤖 Harnessing the power of a well trained A.I. agent to help you find that optimal slab thickness. It's a fast, easy and intuitive process that allows both designers to work on a common ground instead of being rivels. 📽 In the video below you can see a simple example of how a slab was reduced from 220mm thick to 200mm in just a few clicks, shaving off tons of concrete and rebar from the design and from the project budget. Fun fact: with every cubic meter of reinforced concrete you reduce; 500kg of #CO2 are mitigated from our atmosphere.

How about some mathematical extrapolation to kick-off your day? The city of #toronto has more cranes than any other city on our planet 🌎 . In the picture below you can see all the residential projects that are in Pre-construction phase (marked by a black dot) - Big thank you to UrbanToronto.ca for that info! Let's assume there are 250 projects, with an average of 30 floors each. Now, from our past projects in the Toronto, we know that by using our cutting edge A.I we can reduce at least 50 cubic meters of reinforced concrete from each floor at the design stage. So the calculation is 📠 : 250 X 30 X 50 = 375,000 cubic meters that can, and should be reduced from 250 future residential projects (and that is the conservative calculation). We are wondering, what is the impact of 375K of cubic meters reduced cash-wise and carbon wise?
