How can technology create better outcomes for patients? To answer this question, we hosted brilliant minds from our local ecosystem who presented innovative solutions and facilitated a discussion with Novartis associates. We focused on three major areas that draw the most attention and potential: the advanced academic research on using AI for drug development, the untapped potential of real-world data, and a session dedicated to startups using new technologies to support patient care. The presentations highlighted the cutting-edge advancements and groundbreaking solutions aimed at shaping the future of healthcare and providing better outcomes for patients. "It takes a village to make a medicine" - Profound words from Dr. Evan Beckman, Global Head of Translational Medicine Biomedical Research at Novartis, reinforcing the value that Novartis sees in collaboration and partnership within the healthcare industry. Just about a year ago, we envisioned having an event that brings together the Israeli health ecosystem and key executives from Novartis globally, sparking discussions on innovation and collaboration. On May 20th, this vision materialized, attracting more than 100 local ecosystem participants, who had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Ronny Gal, Head of Novartis Strategy and Growth and Member of Novartis Executive Committee; Tamar Alon, PhD, MBA, Global Head of Early Strategic Partnerships, Academic Partnerships & External Innovation at Novartis Biomedical Research; Avi Spier, Executive Director of Search & Evaluation at Novartis BD&L; and Dr. Evan Beckman The event provided an excellent platform to gain insights into Novartis's strategic directions, keep pace with current trends, and explore potential collaboration opportunities with Novartis across different stakeholder segments. עוד שנה חלפה, ושנה חדשה ומרגשת נמצאת בפתח . אותנו מרגש לתת. אתמול יצאנו יחד, כל עובדי חברת נוברטיס ישראל - לתת, לתרום ולשמח מאות קשישים ניצולי שואה בכל רחבי הארץ. הגענו למועדוני היום "עמך" - עמותה לתמיכה נפשית וחברתית לניצולי שואה ודור ההמשך בחיפה, נתניה, רמת גן, חולון ורחובות. פגשנו מאות קשישים – איתם שיחקנו בינגו, שרנו הללויה, רקדנו, שמענו סיפורים מרגשים  וזכינו לראות את העיניים המתרגשות מתשומת הלב והעניין שהבענו בהם. אין ספק שיותר משנתנו – קיבלנו! שתהיה לכולנו שנה טובה, חג שמח ורק בריאות לכולם!
