This week we had our monthly CTO/CPO meeting, and this time we invited Jonathan Yarkoni, CEO of Latent and ex-Googler to talk and learn more about how companies and specifically startups should adopt generative AI. In this open discussion we dove into strategies on how to identify Gen AI opportunities and frameworks for testing and implementing. The session was led by one of our startups, OurRitual's Co-founder & CTO Gilad Meir and his main takeaway was: Adopting AI in a startup is crucial and should involve the entire company. Begin by improving your daily work with prompt engineering skills. Then implementing basic AI automation in internal products and workflows. Once this becomes part of the culture, innovation around AI will naturally extend to all of the company's customer products.
