Sagol Brain Institute

The Sagol Brain Institute Tel-Aviv is a world-class system-neuroscience research center, devoted to understanding the functions of the human brain using multimodal and multi-scale advanced neuroimaging techniques, aiming to translate basic science to clinical needs in brain-related medical fields such as; neuroradiology, neurosurgery, neurology, and psychiatry. Based on the large hospital premise of the Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, the institute is committed to providing advanced solutions for more concise and precise brain-guided diagnoses and interventions for various brain disorders. This is possible due to an excellent combination of state of the art facilities (MRI, EEG, TMS and tDCS) and multidisciplinary staff including MR physicists, neuroscientists, engineers, psychologists, and physicians. The Institute is home to Ph.D. and Master's students as well as senior researchers that specialize in the field of neuroiamging, brain-informatic, cognitive- and affective neuroscience.
