Just like Poseidon and his Trident protecting the sea, Elbit Systems' Trident Target and Designation Acquisition Suite answers the needs of combat forces-on the ground and in the air. The lightweight, modular and remotely-controlled acquisition suite is perfectly suited for special forces, forward teams and weapon guidance teams.   AI-driven with an exceptionally wide field of view (FOV), Trident provides accurate coordinates for precision target acquisition, fire support and intelligence to shorten the sensor-to-shooter loop.   Even in a threat-saturated environment, the passive system prevents enemy forces from detecting the troops. Controlled by a host computer, the man-packed, single-tripod system is a "must-have" for dismounted ISTAR missions.

Humans have for millennia looked up to the star-filled night sky, with the moon being the brightest light to guide them. It took thousands of years for mankind to find a way up to the great emptiness of space, but 55 years ago mankind took a giant leap with the crew of Apollo 11 walking on the moon. In the decades since, our knowledge of space and the moon has grown exponentially, and Elbit Systems has for over 30 years invested heavily in R&D and has been a leader in the development and production of complex space cameras and telescopes. Our powerful cameras can provide high-resolution photos, of the earth and of the cosmos thousands of miles away. With our UltaraSat telescopes, observing deep space, we can even witness the births of new stars. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin opened up space in a whole new way for humanity when they took that historic step on the moon. So, keep your eyes peeled to the moon and wave, you never know-one of Elbit Systems' cameras might see you. Read more: https://bit.ly/3RrvVde #InternationalMoonDay

Have you ever wondered what it took to integrate a whole new platform into an Air Force? The Israeli Air Force recently received a new training helicopter, the "Ofer" to train the next generation of pilots. Elbit System's subsidiary, Snunit Aviation Services, operates and maintains these helicopters that have been specially designed to meet the needs of future battlefields. Snunit's team has a wealth of experience, with many having grown up in the IAF and having provided around 50,000 flight hours annually. Snunit's close relationship with the IAF is essential and will continue to allow cadets to train for their future missions, with the advanced Ofer helicopter. Read more: https://bit.ly/460CHNj
