Summary
The Welcoming City Ordinance (WCO) requires the Chicago Police Department (CPD) to publish a quarterly report with data on its WCO compliance.
Executive Summary
WCO requires the Office of Inspector General (OIG) to make that report “publicly available, including through the Internet.” The MCC further requires OIG to make the report publicly available. See MCC § 2-173-069(a) and MCC § 2-173-069(b).
The reports OIG received from CPD are made available here. OIG did not take part in producing these reports nor verified the data they contained.
