Though carrying supreme commitment to his (own and divisional) execution, his openness to support and develop others in the wider business was always on tap. From the art of storey telling to delivering presence when presenting, his support has allowed me to progress firmly as a leader. Aidan's work and efforts were always visible and impactful to the business, though never touted by him. His blend of precision delivery, cushioned by calm humility made him one of the key leaders in the success of Indeed globally.
