Today, Minister Kieran O'Donnell TD joined Ministers Helen McEntee and Paschal Donohoe at the market launch for the Family Courts project at Hammond Lane, Dublin, hosted by the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA). Prospective tenderers had the opportunity to engage with the project team and review detailed project plans. The Family Courts project, delivered through Public Private Partnership (PPP), will feature a six-story over-basement building. It will include 19 courtrooms, consultation spaces, public waiting areas, mediation and domestic violence support services, and accommodations for staff, judicial personnel, legal practitioners, and custody facilities. Today, Taoiseach Simon Harris, Minister for Justice Helen McEntee, and Minister of State Kieran O'Donnell TD visited Bray Garda Station to announce a significant €1.5 million investment for upgrades across six Garda stations in Wicklow, including Bray, Tinahely, Shillelagh, Baltinglass, Wicklow town, and Greystones. The project aims to deliver modern facilities for Garda members, staff, and the public, enhancing community engagement and operational efficiency. This investment is part of the €128 million allocated for Garda estates projects in 2025 and 2026 under the National Development Plan, adding to the over €220 million invested between 2020 and 2024.
