We are pleased to announce that our two operatives have received recognition from Hegarty Building Contractors. Ian Sharpe, the contract manager of Hegarty, presented these awards. Michael McNulty and Josh O'Shaughnessy were recognised for their exceptional work. Michael reported a leak in walk on ceiling, enabling Hegarty to respond promptly and remediate the issue. Josh reported a leak in the plant room, also helping Hegarty to act quickly. We encourage an environment where reporting issues like these is a standard practice, ensuring swift and effective action with a no blame policy. Since we might not always be there to report issues, it is essential that our operatives take the initiative to do so.

Do you carry ID on you? In this era where compliance in buildings is taken seriously, it’s important to be able to I.D. whats been installed after the packaging and instructions are gone. That’s why I’m delighted with the work our teams have done to help identify our plasterboard on site. Not only do we print on the back and edge of boards, which is an industry standard, we now print the product name & thickness on the front which is a first for the Irish Market. This means installation teams, building control officers, assigned certifiers, specifiers can all ensure the correct product has been used for the correct application. It was great to witness the products run down the line this week - big congrats to all the teams involved, engineering, automation, process and marketing … and the board plant team. Contract to occupancy in 24 months, with a full furniture fit-out and hotel build seems wildly ambitious, trust us, we know.
