Project Update! We are delighted to share that construction on DCU Polaris Building is nearing completion, with only a few final touches left! The commissioning phase is well advanced at around 80%, meaning we've hit most of our milestones. The last big one, practical completion, is just around the corner. Our client demonstrations are currently in progress as we work towards full commissioning completion and practical completion. Despite a tight programme, our specialist supply chain and subcontractors have delivered outstanding performances, meeting every challenge head-on. As one of the longest serving contractor members of IPAF in Ireland, it was great to welcome the IPAF team to one of our project sites this week. It was a fantastic opportunity to have them speak with our on-site workers and share valuable insights about MEWP safety. The event highlighted the safety benefits that powered access offers for working at height, while emphasising the critical importance of maintaining focus, adhering to safe practices, and taking necessary precautions to mitigate potential risks. Thank you to the IPAF team for their visit and for the engaging conversation on improving safety standards.
