    Barry's Bootcamp, the global fitness brand have secured 5,000 sq. ft. at the impressive One Molesworth. This will be Barry’s Bootcamp first studio in Ireland, which plans to open in Winter 2024. Barry's Bootcamp is a boutique fitness brand founded in 1998 in Los Angeles and is known for their high intensity interval training in a group setting across the globe. Barry’s Bootcamp currently have 84 studios worldwide across the US, UK, Europe and Australia. CBRE's Susan Joyce commented, “I am delighted to have represented Henderson Park Capital Partners in securing Barry's Bootcamp for this unit. It was important to find the right operator with international status to sit alongside the existing tenant line up.     Investment manager Investcorp makes its debut with the purchase of two Irish retail warehouses from a private equity firm. The properties, Letterkenny Retail Park in Letterkenny and Deerpark Retail Park in Killarney, were acquired in a single transaction. Another key transaction highlighting the strength of the Irish market. CBRE advised Davidson Kempner Capital Management on the deal.     The CSRD was transposed into Irish law on the 6th of July and approximately 50,000 companies in scope will be required to report on their ESG capabilities, with the first phase of reporting expected from January 2025 for 2024 data. The implications of this on the real estate sector will influence property owners, occupiers, and the wider real estate supply chain, even if they are not in scope for reporting. There are several actions that real estate companies can take to prepare for the enhanced requirements for ESG data and CBRE can support you through each stage of the process.
